The NPM Program is an education outreach program that works with Wisconsin farmers and the agricultural professionals who assist them to promote agricultural practices for protecting water quality while maintaining profitable farms. The NPM Program operates as a unit within both the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS) and UW Cooperative Extension (UWEX).
