SARE Outreach at the University of Maryland-College Park is seeking a Content Development Specialist. SARE Outreach is the national communications arm of Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE), which provides grants and education to advance sustainable agriculture innovations. SARE Outreach’s primary objective is to translate the results of SARE-funded projects into practical, how-to information for diverse agricultural audiences, including farmers, Extension educators and researchers.
The Content Development Coordinator will identify successful research from SARE’s portfolio of 6,000 projects, synthesize that research into clear, targeted messages, and implement promotional strategies to get the message out to a wide variety of audiences in the agricultural sector.
