John’s Updates:
1. Leaf Miners are flying again; look out for sap feeder mines.
2. John has seen severe rust mite damage in several orchards.
3. Oblique Banded Leaf Roller has been hatching for about the last three days.
4. Red Banded Leaf Roller will begin hatching in 7-10 days.
5. CM numbers have gone up everywhere in the last ten days, but John has not yet seen any CM entries into fruit.
6. Maggot traps should go out by the end of this week.
7. OFM has started flying.

1. Methods of sampling fruit for CM.
2. Distinguishing OFM from Lesser Apple Worm in OFM traps.
3. Examining CM treatments on two Wisconsin orchards.
4. Speculation on the cause for larger second flight of CM.
