The Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education program is accepting proposals for their Farmer-Rancher Grants. The grants are awarded for on-farm (and orchard) research, demonstration, and education projects.
Farmer Rancher grants have funded a variety of research and education topics, including pest and disease management, networking, and marketing. The maximum award for an individual application is $6,000.
Propsals are due December 3, 2007.
