The deadline to sign up for the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) Farm Bill Conservation Programs of EQIP and WHIP for fiscal year 2009 has been extended AGAIN! The previous deadline was February 27, 2009. The new deadline is April 17, 2009.
