We have contacted the vendor and they determined that the sound quality issues on the last two calls were most likely due to feedback from someone on the line. In order to avoid the problem, Samuel will mute all the lines at the start of the recording. Then if a caller wants to say something they will have to un-mute their line by pressing *6 (they then can re-mute the line by pressing *6 again).
