2) Rainfastness vs Respray. When applying controls for insects or diseases in a wet year, questions arise concerning pesticide rainfastness. How do we weight our sources of information on rainfastness when they vary wildly. Can we evaluate the residual effectiveness on our own to determine the need to reapply?
