The 9th Annual Termite Academy will be held in New Orleans on March 7-9, 2017. Held by the City of New Orleans and the Greater New Orleans Pest Control Association, the Academy will feature interactive and hands-on programs regarding termite identification, biology, and control methods. The Academy will cover a variety of topics, including wood destroying insects, liquid termiticides, baiting methods, inspection techniques, and much more. Local pest management professionals will walk participants through best practices for successful liquid barrier treatments, termite inspections, and bait installations.
The Academy is CEU accredited for Louisiana and a variety of other states. The featured speaker this year will be Mr. Aaron Mullins from the University of Florida. The class size is limited to 30 people because of the interactive, hands-on activities.
