Canadian company Bee Vectoring Technologies (BVT) has just secured EPA approval for a new pesticide, called CR7. CR7 is a strain of a fungus, Clonostachys rosea, that is found in nature and feeds on other fungi. BVT has found a way to distribute this fungus via bumblebee pollination.
